The Ben’s Cookies Story

The Ben’s Cookies Story

Ben’s Cookies started as a stall in Oxford’s Covered Market in 1983.

Founded by cookery writer and chocoholic Helge Rubenstein, she named it after her son Ben (that’s him in our logo, drawn by her good friend and renowned illustrator Quentin Blake).

This shop, with our simple freshly-baked cookie outlook, is still going strong today. So is our business, with new shops appearing in select locations in England and around the world.
